Our Pilates classes are held in small groups and use a range of equipment such as gym balls, magic circles, foam rollers, resistance bands, weighted balls and mini balls to add different dimensions to your practice, increasing the challenge and keeping our classes varied and interesting and unlike those of the mainstream gyms.
