Most  of our classes use radiant heat to gently warm the body, aiding your practice in various ways. You do not need to be a yoga specialist to begin our warm yoga classes at The Flying Yogi, just make sure you come along well hydrated, wear comfortable light clothing and take frequent breaks during the sessions.

Our Heated Yoga classes pair breath, movement and heat to raise the core temperature, build strength, cleanse the body, and allow for a deeper release from your practice.


Why try heated  yoga?

Radiant Heat warms our bodies and not the air around us. Our state-of-the-art system is the most hygienic available and promotes a healthier environment by avoiding blowing hot air, dust or allergens around the room.

The gentle heat facilitates a fluid-like stretch allowing for greater range of movement in joints, muscles, ligaments and other supporting structures of the body. Your cardiovascular system gets a workout. Also it promotes detoxification and elimination through the skin.

Our heated studio

Our beautiful, specially designed heated studio provides the perfect atmosphere to shape your body and de-stress your mind.

The Flying Yogi is a purpose-designed studio with an ENERGY RECOVERY VENTILATION SYSTEM (ERVS) to keep air fresh and the studio well-ventilated. This system ensures that the fresh air being pumped into the studio is at the correct temperature, so that you get the most from your yoga class. The ERVS ensures that at least 70 percent of the heat is captured and recycled together with fresh clean air.
